Our favorite memory of you is…

Some of our fondest memories of you as a child involved your love of nature. You had a curiosity for all creatures, insects and bugs and would spend hours searching and turning over rocks to add to your bug box collection. Once you spent an afternoon of fishing with the purpose of bringing the fish home to swim with them in your wading pool. Everyday was a new adventure!

What I want the world to know about you is…

Over the years, you have grown into a kind, compassionate and intelligent young woman with a fierce sense of humor and love of life! Never stop being you!

Taylor, you are not afraid to take on any challenge that comes your way and thrive on opportunities to work hard to achieve whatever you set your mind to. We couldn’t be more proud!

Our hope for you is…

Our hope for you is that you continue on this path of life with all the love and drive in your heart that will take you anywhere you want to be!

We love you, hun!

Our favorite Memory of you is….

When you dropped your bowl of ice cream on the floor when you were 2 and immediately said “G** D*****!” (full words) with perfectly frustrated inflection. Your Mom was mad (at me), but all I could think was, “that’s an excellent use of that exclamation.”

What we want the world to know about you is…

That you have a compassionate and sensitive spirit. You truly care about helping people, and seem to be your most happy self when you are focussed on others. But the world should know that people like you still need to feel supported. That even though you’ll put on the resilient exterior and likely will not ask for help, you need the hug and kindness just like the people you help.

Our hope for you is…

I hope that college will be the fresh start to building friendships that last a lifetime. That the opportunities and education you find at St. Ben’s will open doors to a wonderful life! I hope you find joy, happiness, and love to fill every corner of your world! You are an amazing young woman, and your mom and I are so proud of you!

Our job as your parents was to teach you everything we could so that one day you could set off on your own path and make your way. To show you examples of love, kindness, joy, faith, along with drive, tenacity, and resilience so you had the tools to not only survive but to thrive! That day is coming, and you are so ready! Trust your heart, take the risks, and never settle for less than everything you deserve! We love you!

our favorite memory of you is…

When you were four, we went to Disney World. Watching you meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and your favorite, Captain Hook was the best! You were in awe watching the mermaid dive for your very own pearl you got to keep. To see the twinkle in your eyes and the happiness on your face was a priceless memory I will always have!

He can give you a look or a smile without words letting you know what he’s thinking or feeling. He’s very in tune with the people he loves and is close to. Stay true to yourself Will, and you will exceed your hopes and dreams! I love you to the moon and back. I love you more!

a bit about Ally

Little Ally.

Little Ally.

Name: Ally T.

Hometown: Prior Lake, MN

High School: Prior Lake High School

Interests: XC, Speech, NHS, volunteering at a hospital, and Band

Best High School Memory: My best high school memory is probably playing on the field for marching band at the homecoming game this year. There’s something kind of magical about performing on the field amongst your friends and collectively coming together to share something that we all worked hard on. I think it’s my favorite memory because I associate it with that giddiness that comes from spending time with people you care about. It was definitely a bitter sweet memory because it was the last time I got to perform on the field, but it’s one I’ll remember for years to come.

Future Plans: I’m attending U of MN-Twin Cities in the fall majoring in nursing. I’m hoping to work in a hospital for a couple years and then maybe do some travel nursing. I’m excited to see where I end up in a couple years!

Shout Out: I couldn’t have made it through high school without the love of my parents. I know I don’t make their lives easy, but I couldn’t ask for more supportive and caring parents. I love them so much, and I look up to them more than anyone else in my life. I also couldn’t have done it without my older sisters. They are some of the most successful and strong women I know, and I’ll always look up to them as my role models. My family is the truly the best, and they’ve helped shape me into the woman I am today. I’ll miss them a lot next year, but luckily I know they’ll always be there for me if I need them.

Our favorite memory is…

When you made a “deal” with your dad that he would get you a puppy if you scored 15 baskets in your basketball game. Your teammates caught on and helped you score all the needed baskets. He lost that bet, and now we have Bailey!

what we want the world to know about you is…

You are going to do amazing things. I am so proud of the young woman you are becoming and thrilled that you have chosen to serve others in the future as a nurse/ healthcare professional.

our hope for you is…

That you will let nothing stand in the way of your dreams! I know you will do great things in the future and am so blessed to have you as my daughter. I can’t wait to see what life has in store for you!

what we want the world to know about you is…

that you are kind, compassionate, and caring. You are a deep thinker and sometimes I feel that you’re wiser beyond your years. You are an extremely hard worker and committed to doing your best at everything you do. You are an amazing friend. A shop-o-holic. Talented and creative. NOT a drama girl. You are smart and beautiful! You are a true blessing to have as a daughter and I could not be more thankful.

Our hope for you is…
